– Please respect the furniture & fittings. If something gets broken or damaged it would be appreciated that you drop us a message prior to your departure to arrange any replacements

– Please ensure your rubbish is bagged up using the bin liners provided & place in the galvanised dustbin directly behind the property ( by the
parking space )
– No illegal substances allowed on the premises
